Welcome to Tinybits
I'm starting this for myself, honestly. After years of changing how I eat, training, sleep, and think about getting older, I wanted somewhere to actually write it down instead of letting it all live in notes and conversations that disappear.
This isn't going to be a place with all the answers. It's closer to a lab notebook. Some weeks something will genuinely work and I'll say so. Other weeks I'll try a supplement, a training protocol, or a new habit and it'll do nothing, or actively annoy me, and I'll say that too. Trial and error only works as a concept if the error part actually gets written down.
I'm also planning to write about the career and business side of things, leaving something stable to try building something of my own. A lot of people think about doing that and never actually start, myself included for longer than I'd like to admit, so there's an honesty in documenting that leap too, not just the health side of it.
A few things you can expect to find here, loosely organized but never too rigid:
Food & Fasting, meals, what I'm eating and why, things that work and things I quietly abandon.
Movement, training experiments, what's building strength, what's just making me tired for no reason.
Anti-Aging & Products, supplements, protocols, the things people swear by that I'm actually testing on myself rather than taking on faith.
Career & Business, the leap from something stable into something I'm building myself, the exciting parts and the parts that feel like total guesswork.
Mind & Mood, focus, meditation, the parts of feeling good that don't show up on a scale.
Progress Notes, the wider check ins, like this one, pulling the threads together.
Life, Etc., family, friends, the odds and ends that don't fit anywhere else but are still part of the whole picture.
I'm sharing this publicly because I can, and because if even one thing here saves someone else some time or money or frustration, that's worth more to me than keeping it private. I also suspect some older stories will end up here eventually, the things that shaped why I care about this in the first place. We'll see where that goes.
For now, this is bit number one. More to come, one at a time.
